ACTION PLANNING

Six weeks gone learning IT at Islington College. But when I go through articles and journals written by IT professionals, I find myself poor at writing skills and expressing my thoughts in words. These days academic qualification sounds good only in introducing our self but not to get good job. The modules taught at my college deals with writing blogs, personal development through presentation and group projects. And I am not finding my presentation and works so better that I could achieve good grades. So I am looking forward to improve myself. With this I have written about four blogs. But my level and status of writing is not improved so much that I may feel better till now.

    Improvement in my skills and attributes is what I am looking forward in coming days. I am planning of writing more blogs in different topics and asking for the review from my lecturer and friends. To be better in the field of IT and getting me in better industries, I really should have basic skills and knowledge not just about the programming concepts but also of the writing and solving the problems related to the topics. Now a day’s market of It is huge and more competitive so one should have better academic qualifications with high level of presentation skills and vice versa. So in order to improve my skills and quality of writing I should give more attention on speaking, report writing and minimizing grammatical errors that I make while writing. Not only that , but the guidelines of lecturer also played an important role to improve my skills so I planning to take more time of lecturer then previous. Now firstly my main goal is to  take more ideas from the friends and seniors at my college. I know gaining basic knowledge is easy but being perfect  in something is really hard. So I will try my best to  improve my skills and be perfect in the field of IT.

SKILLS ,ATTRIBUTES AND EMPLOYEMENT DEVELOPMENT

    Studying IT for me has been an interesting part of my life now. Modules taught in my college have been a key for me to understand an IT in better way. Currently in this 1st semester I’m going through 4 modules. First is LOGICS; in which set theory, logical laws, circuit diagrams, propositions and many more mathematical laws are included. The syllabus included in this module is helping me a lot in solving different mathematical and logical questions as well as building up more generalized and good concepts of programming for myself.

              INTRODUCTING TO PROGRAMMING also comes under the account of modules. In this module I’ve been learning about object oriented designs, java programming languages, data types in java. Some more topics like structure of java, solving Sudoku in java, etc is taught. The materials that I learn here help me to gain a sound knowledge of programming principles and object orientation. There is no doubt that I will be able to  assess the quality of software system and implement own software in java through this module.

STUDY SKILLS FOR COMPUTING is the favorite module of mine. In this module we discuss more about writng blogs expressing our views on some agendas. Moreover essay writing, report writing, group assignments, and personal development presentation in included in this module. And this has really been an achievement for me, as it is developing my ideas necessary to support academic study at this level. Also develop reflective learning and action planning.

PROBLEM SOLVING FOR IT is the next module in which I’ve learning about solving latest logical questions, Sudoku, flow charts, IPO charts, algorithms. As far as my concern it is really working to polish my mind and making me understand new methods of solving problems more systematically with appropriate logic. Also it is introducing to common packages in problem solving as well as their applicability to range of fields, so it will be like manual book to get god grades and best jobs in future.

Self-Assessment

“CURIOSITY INSIDE AND SIMPLICITY OUTSIDE” is the main lesson that I’ve learned since my childhood .Knowingly or unknowingly as to satisfy my curiosity I took part in each and every curriculum activities of my school which became a great achievement for me till  now. Debate, poem writing, speech competition became my keys to polish my self-confident and became a powerful back up to me and  speak in front of a huge mass and give a good and satisfying presentation. Also, I being a scout and class leader gave me an experience to get dissolved with any age group and work confidently in friendly manners. There are many achievements that I take as a backbone of my career to come to these bachelors in IT. But habits of studying new articles, books  and participating in academic ceremonies like writing seminars ,visit to Japan, is becoming much more helpful to me rather than other  in the field of IT.

Completing school and high school from most reputed institutions also became my achievement. Now currently I am a bachelor student aiming to be an IT professional. As for me, my expectation is really high from my college. I want to be updated with new courses and programming knowledge. To learn more and best syllabus is what I am looking forward. To be a strong and capable competitor with good knowledge is really needed in the field of IT so my teacher’s proper guidance also means a lot for that. Industrial based trainings and workshops also comes to account of my expectation from my college. Extra materials which helps in understanding other programming subjects alter from my syllabus should also be provided from college. Since, I take studying IT as my great achievement so my expectation should also go parallel with my studies as to become a good IT professional and best output of my college with completion of my bachelors.

I am  guy with kind of same stuff and a day dreamer as other teenagers are.Playing guitar,riding bikes,making new friends and of course roaming around with  as much girl as I can are my hobbies.There's nothing much more past incidents and events that took place in my life because my whole life is  just ahead   come and  record some.But being a guy with some special talents and some training  from childhood ,I got a chance to go to Japan as a student representing Nepal at the age of 14.Currently I am a bachelor student in the field of (IT) at Islington .As belonging to the conservative and under development country,I was told that no field is recognized better then medicine and Engineering.But hell to those who told me these silly words.I carried my own dreams in me and I choose the right track for me and my career as a IT student.
                                           I always had a dream to use the best technologies and get my work done by computers using some kind of unique  soft wares as in  the movies  actors use. So in this way I was much more closer  to choose the field of computer rather then  others.When I passed my school I came to know that the subject IT really exists in some countries and I was waiting it to gain more popularity in our country too..So my dream come true because this course was also introduced in Nepal. After that without delaying any second after completion of   my high school studies, I ran over here and there to search a better institution to build up my IT career.Finally I ended up to the conclusion of studying at Islington .So as for me now I am living my  dream .My aim is to be a Software Engineer .Let's hope for the best result that will  come ahead  in my studies and I wish , I will  became a respectful job holder with a popular name  IT Professional BIPIN REGMI........

            My dear chocu(girl),this is a midnight letter I ‘am writing to you in our annevery night.i  am just loving these monents and wish these  could never end.its being hard for me and I am in trouble to express the feelings coming to me and gathering around my heart.it’s so strange and  had no answers that how this whole year passed by.Those smiles,proposals,dates,parties ,photos I spent  and experienced with you are really priceless and most beautiful gifts of my life. Now after these all I fell like complete manhaving your love.the madness of me for is incresing vigorously and not slowing down.I am exited dreaming about our future days to come.with this year I have definitely found that we are made for each otherand I know we will celebrate each and every anniversaries because to be apart for us is impossible.i wanna spend each second in your warm love ,cure alond with your silly anger.
                                See chocu(girl),sometimes I may fail to accommodate you with all support and necessities you deserve but  I gonna give my best to bring a smile in your face and see your unbrushed teeth..hehe.i just love you babe.i may not be that kind of price in the past days but let’s just pretend for a while,I will rise my bike instead of horse and come to see you at your balcony at midnight when everythind around us are in asleep and silence is there and  I could wisher ”I love you ”in your ears..

MY FIRST  LOVE  LETTER
Till  the date I haven’t written  anything to you on  the sheet of paper, excepet those creamy messeges and texts on your cell phones.Because looking at your mysterious and gourgeious eyes compiled with the lovely face and sweet smile, I had always gained a great confidence inside me and spell those words to you”I love you chocu(girl)” in your presence and face to face.Really I don’t know what is in you that gives me such strength.To be much more honest with you I feel “I was born lucky” because I ‘ve found you..And dear you have made my life much more happening  ,happening now then my past ..
     It may sound as common dialouges and promises done about love in the movies and magazines but I ‘m really sayng from the core of my heart and expressing  in this sheet of paper that “I love you my chocu(girl)”..And also I promise to love you forever and be there with you in each seconds of your tears and smile that drops from your face.I just want to move along with you being at your side,holding your hands tight and fall in love with you everyday,every moment……
      The days spent with you went in an instance.It’s like  you’ve pasted smile in my face by taking away all my sorrows..There had been times of good and bad,but you gave me times of my life.and I want these feelings till last date of me in this earth.Every moments I spent with you became a life time.I will cherish every seconds and I love you now and forever..

A never ending debate (Men or Women??) 2

To the brighter side? As if  we do have any. Lets not just pick out the cons about women. Some pros too. Men spend over 20 million US$ on prostitution per year. A healthy treat for women. Even men are sued for the cases of rape when the payment cheque bounces.So to the even brighter part looking at what women are to men. In the human behavior its obvious for a man to be sexually attracted to women. All the movies songs poems phrases are devoted and wholly written about women. Some valued gender eh? Well a matter of fact women do rule over men with their power of persuasion and the ability of attraction. Being more specific women have attained some height of  success its not that they havent. Examples to the world as mother  teresa , marie curie, lady gaga of course the avagournd looking woman, have attained height of success. Women are part to men that’s  a truth who can deny that fact a woman completes a man and I am not disagreeing.

As for my  writing which is predominat to males its kind of weird how true it really is. Well want to know about women advantages? Here are some… you can posess a man.. he would fight with the world to make you yours unless you act like a little bitch and try being every body’s.. A man would love you eternally.. true that..Women have the power of emotions and feelings.. A mother is the best example she will always be  there for you at any risks that may count..as totally risky as as matter of fact. So there is more to this never ending debate.. you can take either sides but the argument doesn’t end. Women wont shut up at any cost and no secret is a secret for a woman. They say they are used to being into something that is called sarcasm well are they?? Women humor isnt that relevant is it? Totally backbitin described a sarcasm wont count as an ability. You can have a stray dog bark all night  but that wont make him an eligible pet. So heres simething you ought to knoe backboting will make you a bitch nothing more. As per our legendary Sidmund freid ‘women are more tmpted to men ‘ and a fully relevant scintific research shows that. That way complaining about men thinking of only sex wont be a problem for them as a man would think about being laid ten times a day but a women would try 5 times to forget about it.. who’s tempted eh?

 A closing para to this part. Well I am extremely sorry for the offended one’s but girls ‘ Put your breasts inside your shirts; your smile can make a man crazy and is way better than your duck face. Your covered up body will also make you attractive. Have respect for your self. Exposure is just a blood heater  for men and a disrecpect you earn by the name of a slut. The one who just gazed at your  back was because your jeans were too skinny. So quit being that and get covered up  because you know a women’s tounge and a man’s eyes relax only when they die.. you will have somebody with getin laid thoughts about you in every second due to your desire of being hot. You are a woman not a tempreature.

A never ending debate (Men or Women??) 1

The world from its origin has seen struggles for existence. But the question remains who tops the charts, obviously humans with their brains and ability to manipulate. The bipedal-ism is the factual benefit to  the human race. Within the Homo sapiens sapiens the debate still remains for superiority between men and women. The Human society has seen men at the top as they have been established themselves with all due courage and war where women are locked up within the rooms and cornered in houses.

                        I'm not being a sexist but women are born biologically weak with complexity in their internals. Well as a matter of fact they are the ones to conceive well men can only enjoy. A pleasure of 9 minute
(or more) for a man but a struggle for 9 months for a woman still the child has the father's name. Too much for superiority ain't it? Well even English names women as woMen Men there too??? Incompleteness by the name how does inferiority comes? Not a hard question is it? Also looking at achievements women are fairly retrieved by men outnumbered actually talking about sacrifices by raising your child and sitting as a housemaid wont make you brave and a achiever .Unless you are a billionaires wife :D..Even though who wouldn't have achieved a thing except for a tag of somebody's wife. Talking about insecurity on;y 1% or less teenage girls are allowed nights outs specially in underdeveloped and developing countries. Lets not reference the developed ones they allow girls to run free chested with just a tape on the nips. Come on a girl is gang raped not a male unless he is seduced. Well a matter of fact the girls who are reading this may have started getting offended but hey that's the truth. You cant even have a man look at you for a minute or even for 10 seconds without insecurity thats not freedom thats just total stupidity ans useless insecurity. No man is gonna hit on you for free. but looking at the brighter side.. on the other half

Bike lovers are those people who love bike and the stunts that can be done by bikes.Some of the bike lovers are also those who are crazy abot the engine power and CC of the bikes.also this title refers to those person who loves riding thr bike themself or love wathing other professionlas ride inthe competition.  In the last few year's statstics  done ,it is to be found that the teen age generartion are more likely to be found as the bike lovers then other age group.
    Also in today's generation bikes and speed riding is gaining more popularity than other sports.to be more clarified,the students of college prefer riding bikes to their college rather then using other means.Not only in the European countries but these Asian countries are also showing more concentration on the bike riding and purchasing more and best qualities bikes then previous years.To take the example of the one of the developing country(Nepal),bikes had gained much more popularity in last few years.mainly the teenagers of college and high school are found more to use bikes and prefer speed riding..In simple words we can say"bikes has been a means of fashion in  teenagers."However the person related to some jobs and industries who goes to job as day to day basis also prefer bikes as it is cheap to purchase bikes rather than cars and other  vehicles having more accomodation.
         Therefore bike lovers has also made and formed a groups which performs atunt programs and makes money through entertainment of of other bike lovers.Hence,bikes and bikelovers has also been a great topic for discussion and means of entertainment these days.
